This camp is perfect for Relay Team Runners and Individuals who want to be mentored by two of the best Trail Runners in Australia

Our Groups stick together whilst on the Mentored Training Run so you get the most from your Ultra Training Experience.

Saturday the 10th of August Leg 1 and leg 2 Easier Day

Registration at 6am on the Anglesea River Bank

Safety Briefing

Course Description.

Hydration and Nutrition explained. (Hammer products will be available to trial, but this is optional).

We will be eating every 30-40 minutes, drinking fluid every 5min, and consuming Perpetuem every 10 min.

Weigh In for Hydration Testing

You will be encouraged to fuel and hydrate regularly as hydration and fuelling is crucial to having a successful training session and race.

Split into your Training Groups with your Trainer and Sweeper

Speedy Group will complete 50km

Giving it a Crack Group will complete 40km

6:30am Start your run
1:30-2:30pm Recovery Lunch on Return Provided by Ultra Training Australia

Ultra Training Australia Seminar while we eat our lunch.

4:00pm Afternoon Tea Q and A
